8/6/2020: State Department Changes Travel Advisories but COVID-19 Entry Restrictions Remain in Place

On Thursday, August 6, the State Department and the Centers for Disease Control made some changes to their advice and recommendations for U.S. travelers planning travel from the U.S. to other countries.

There have not been any changes to the COVID-19 entry restrictions. Foreign nationals who have been in China, Iran, the Schengen region, the United Kingdom, Ireland or Brazil during the past 14 days still may not enter the United States.
